Terms of service and sale

This translation is provided for convenience. The French version prevails. Version française
1. Purpose
These terms (the “Terms”) govern the use of the hosted service Releo Cloud (the “Service”), published by WYATT GROUP (the “Publisher”), and the sale of its subscriptions. The Service sends iOS and Android builds to TestFlight and Google Play, promotes them to production, writes their release notes and distributes them through public pages.
By creating an account, you accept the Terms. If you act for an organization, you state that you are authorized to bind it. The Service is intended for professionals (developers, studios, companies).
These Terms do not apply to an instance of Releo that you host yourself: the Community edition is governed by the GNU AGPL v3, and the Enterprise edition by its license agreement.
2. Account and organization
- You provide accurate information and keep your password and API keys confidential. Any action taken with your credentials is deemed to be taken by you.
- Each account creates its own organization. Its owners and administrators invite members, manage their roles and the store credentials. They are responsible for the use of the Service by the members they invite.
- A user owns at most one organization on the Free plan.
3. Plans and prices
- The plans (Free, Pro, Business), their limits (editors, apps, builds per month, storage, audit log history) and their prices are described on the pricing page. Prices exclude taxes; the applicable VAT is added at checkout.
- Paid plans are billed per editor seat (owners, administrators and app managers). Viewers are free. The number of seats follows the number of editors of the organization; adding or removing one is charged or credited pro rata.
- Subscriptions are monthly or yearly, paid in advance by card through Stripe, and renew automatically for the same period. Invoices are available in the billing portal.
- The Publisher may change its prices. A new price applies at the next renewal, after a notice of at least 30 days.
- If a payment fails, the organization returns to the Free plan after reminders. Its data is kept; the limits of the Free plan apply again to new apps and new builds.
4. Termination
- You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no refund for the current period. The organization then returns to the Free plan.
- You can ask for the deletion of your account or organization at contact@releo.app. The data is deleted within 30 days, then leaves the backups as they rotate (14 days).
- The Publisher may suspend or close an account that breaches the Terms, after a formal notice that remained unanswered, or immediately in case of a serious threat to the security of the Service or to the rights of others.
5. Your obligations
- You hold the rights required on the apps, binaries and credentials you entrust to the Service (App Store Connect API key, Google Play service account, git tokens, LLM provider keys).
- You comply with the terms of Apple (Apple Developer Program License Agreement) and Google (Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement). Decisions made by Apple and Google (review, rejection, suspension) are not the Publisher’s responsibility.
- You do not use the Service to distribute malicious or unlawful software, nor to work around its limits or disrupt it.
6. The Service
- The Publisher makes its best efforts to keep the Service available and secure, without a service level commitment. Maintenance interruptions may occur.
- The Service relies on the APIs of Apple, Google, your git provider and your LLM provider. Their outages or changes may limit some features.
- Release notes generated by an LLM are suggestions: review them before publishing.
- The Service keeps the most recent binaries of each app and platform; older ones are deleted, their metadata is kept. Releo does not replace your own archive of builds.
7. Data
- You remain the owner of your content (binaries, notes, metadata). You grant the Publisher the right to process it only as far as the Service requires.
- Secrets (
.p8keys, service accounts, tokens, API keys) are encrypted at rest and never returned by the API. - For the personal data you entrust to the Service, the Publisher acts as a processor under the data processing agreement, which is part of the Terms. The privacy policy describes the other processing.
8. Liability
- The Publisher is liable for direct damage caused by a proven breach of its obligations. It is not liable for indirect damage (loss of revenue, publication delay, rejection by a store).
- Except in case of gross negligence or willful misconduct, the total liability of the Publisher is limited to the amounts paid by the organization during the 12 months before the event. On the Free plan, the Service is provided as is.
9. Intellectual property
The code of Releo is open source (GNU AGPL v3), except for the Enterprise features (commercial license). The Terms do not transfer any right on the Releo brand.
10. Changes to the Terms
The Publisher may update the Terms. A significant change is notified by email at least 30 days before it takes effect; you can cancel before that date. The version in force is the one published on this page.
11. Governing law
The Terms are governed by French law. Only the French version is authoritative. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the competent courts of the Publisher’s registered office.
